My name is Nadine and I’m passionate about healthy living for myself and others.
Several years ago, I became vegan almost overnight after starting my own health journey in my late 20s and noticing a positive physical and mental difference by adding more plant-based foods to my diet.
The improvements in my life from the change led me to study deeper and further into the topic and to follow up with my certificate.
My goal is now, to inspire others and help them explore a whole foods plant-based diet, to show how diverse and varied it can be and how it promotes a healthy lifestyle.
