4-Ingredients Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup rolled or instant oats
1/3 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
2 bananas (very ripe)
1 tbsp date or maple syrup
Tip:
Feel free to amend this recipe to your liking. Maybe swap the coconut flakes with peanut butter or add some cacao nibs to your cookies.
STEPS:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a deep dish, mash bananas very well until smooth.
3. Add date or maple syrup, oats and coconut flakes to the dish. Mix well together.
4. Put parchment paper on a cookie sheet and form medium sized cookies (this recipe makes about 5-8).
5. When the oven is at the right temperature, add cookie sheet and bake cookies for 13-15 min. (check if they are getting too dark).
6. Take cookie sheet out of the oven and let it cool down.
