Raspberry Delight
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
1 banana (ripe, peeled)
1 cup oat milk (or any plant-based milk)
2 medjool dates (pitted)
Tip:
You can turn this smoothie easily in a banana nice cream by using less oat milk and a frozen banana 😉
STEPS:
1. Add all ingredients in a high speed blender.
2. Blend well until smooth.
