Tomato Salad
INGREDIENTS:
3 large tomatoes (cut in small pieces)
15 cherry tomatoes (cut in halves)
1/2 red onion (cut in slices)
1 avocado (cut in cubes)
1 head of romaine salad (cut in stripes)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp pink salt
Tip:
This salad is a great side dish but can also serve as a light lunch or dinner.
STEPS:
1. In a large salad bowl, add tomatoes, onion, and romaine salad.
2. Add olive oil, vinegar, dried basil and salt and mix well.
3. Add avocado pieces and gently mix with rest of salad.
