Hi everyone,
my name is Nadine and I'm all about a healthier and happier life!
I live with my two dogs in the beautiful country of Luxembourg and we all thrive on being outside and connecting with nature. I picked up the habits of practicing yoga, jumping on my mini-trampoline, going for a swim or a bike ride over the past years. The dogs and I love to join friends and family for long hikes and going on our daily walks.
As a certified whole foods plant-based nutritionist, my goal is to spread this lifestyle message through education, inspiration, and motivation. I’m passionate about helping people live a healthier and happier life while positively impacting the planet and all its inhabitants.
Furthermore, being raised in a traditional German household, I also have a non-vegan past. Thus, I can understand the barriers and the doubts behind the decision of not consuming animal-based foods. Decision making regarding good nutritional choices can seem very confusing at times, especially given constantly changing and conflicting information and it is difficult to know what is true. I began my own health journey in my late 20s, after experiencing a few odd, disheartening symptoms – despite what I thought was a conventionally healthy diet and engaging in a lot of sports. I started eating more mainly plant-based and less processed foods, exercising regularly, and also finding time for mindfulness and sufficient rest. I became fascinated with the remarkable healing properties of plant-based nutrition and was able to find pleasure in the vegan lifestyle without having to cut back.
